Harrow Point Cottage is an invented canal house written to show how the practice handles a modest, architecturally intact property rather than a grand one.

The concept keeps everything low: one storey, deep eaves, a porch that runs the full water elevation, and a short dock suited to a centre console rather than a yacht.

Our fictional brief here is restraint — repair the cypress, keep the 1974 plan, and resist the temptation to add a second floor the street does not want.
